No, as soon as you make your payment online or in the studio your membership will be active.
You can pause your membership by alerting our staff at the front desk, or directly from within the app itself.
No. Once the payment has been made for your month to month membership you must finish out the month with the same membership you already purchased. We strive to provide a full schedule offering we hope we can meet your needs.
Yes, your membership will be charged the difference between your current membership and the upgraded membership immediately. You can start booking classes again and be on your way!
No. Our membership pause program is in place to help you plan vacations and other times you may be away. Once payment has been processed we cannot pause your membership or save any remaining classes.
No. Your membership is for one person only. Memberships are not transferable and cannot be used by more than 1 person.

4 and 8 class packs can be used at any time. If you choose to come 4 days in a row 1 week or spread out your 4 classes throughout the month, the frequency of which you book your classes is up to you.

The same applies for 8 pack membership

Unlimited membership is true to its name. There are no limits on how many days or how many classes you can take. The more the merrier as we like to say!

No, we provide mats in our studio. If you have your own mat that you prefer to use, you can bring that if you prefer.

Yes, we recommend our D1 (Den Flow 1) class for those students that are new to yoga.

Yes, we offer our first time trial class at a discount. 2 classes for $1000 that can be used within 2 weeks.

We recommend going barefoot on the yoga mat for better grip. No shoes are allowed in the classroom.

You must arrive at least 20 minutes early in order to sign in for your first class.

You can purchase your trial class at the studio or directly from our app before arriving. ***reminder: you must arrive 20 minutes prior to your first class.***

Yes, we have showers and towels available at the studio for you to use.

Yes! We welcome all students to our studio to practice with us.

Yes, we have hair dryers available for use in both the male and female changing area.

No, in order to keep the classroom disruption free for all of our students, we do not allow cell phones inside the classroom during practice time.

Yes! We recommend coming to class to help you become more flexible and lengthen out those areas that you feel very stiff.

Yes, before class talking with classmates is not a problem. Once class has started please refrain from talking to respect your other classmates' yoga space as well.
