Jochi

Jochi brings a new level of intensity. With a background in Ariel Hoop and Ariel Silks Jochi has always been a fan of movement. Her teaching style is sharp and direct which keeps you moving without much rest. Students describe Jochi’s classes as fun and difficult which seems to be exactly what everyone is looking for. Penny

Penny’s positivity is felt as soon as you walk into the classroom. She inspires her students to strive to be their best. Her constant encouragement creates a comfortable environment for anyone new or experienced. Penny’s classes leave you feeling focused, calm, and centered.

Betty’s genuine love for yoga shines through when she teaches. With years of experience teaching vinyasa to then becoming immersed as a certified Iyengar teacher, Her sense of teaching to students’ needs is spot on. Teacher Kat is an inspiration to us all. Her endless amount of energy and soul that she brings to her classes is one of a kind. Kat comes from a dance background that eventually led her to yoga. While practicing many years as a student of yoga, she took the leap to becoming a teacher herself and has never looked back.
