Every time I go to Betty’s Yoga Fit class, I am always drenched in sweat knowing that I have efficiently used my time as it is a 3-in-1 class that features a combination of yoga, strength training, and HIIT.
From no experience to being able to do back bends, my core and flexibility have improved so much after classes with Betty! Classes are never easy, but you learn and improve each time! Plus music is always great, and there’s always a positive energy during her class!
